![]() Learning is useful, but when it comes to freedom, it misses the mark. You can't learn freedom. Freedom is meant to lift the burden off your head not give you more to consider. Knowledge has its place but so does innocence. As regards awakening, innocence is freedom. Still, we continue learning and evolving in the ways that we do. |

Absolutely Effortless
You don't have to go anywhere, neither inward nor outward. You don't have to observe yourself or broaden your perspective. Just BE yourself. No effort is required. Why try to get rid of separations and differences that never existed? Everything we try to exclude is included. Be WHOLE; Be HERE; Be HUMAN. What is more simple than that?
For a long time, I didn't realize this. I didn't realize that being what you are is absolutely effortless. You don't have to expand your awareness, back up, go inward, outward or any other kind of maneuver. You have only to peek under this label mind, and this label thought and see what's there. Then BE what you find. Be it choicelessly, effortlessly, bodily and personally. The personal doesn't drop out, just because there is no perceivable self. Sensitivity and love don't diminish. One doesn't regress into an insensitive "who cares." Who you truly are care's. The Seer naturally loves the Seen. Seer and Seen are one. Knower and known are one. Seeker and sought are one. There's no where to go and nothing to do, except BE what you are, without all the spiritual contexts you've picked up along the way.

Prakash, Essential Encounter
Though all things die and change...
Nothing means more to me than the greatness of compassion you show to me. I may never get it right Kev, but somewhere inside of this form is the heart of a gentle lion. Let not these seemingly difficult circumstances destroy that part of my self. I was speaking with a friend just the other day who commented that they see that I am not the person I once was to which felt totally vulnerable and this person thanked me for the way the words I speak give such comfort. I realized that sharing of presence does so much healing it's impossible to describe and more so because of recognizing that there was no "me" involved in this particular experience, but love speaking. That beautiful quality dear one is manifested in speaking with you and presence is you!
Lovingly, Angie These 5 talks we called the "Essential Encounter"
It was May 2008 Memorial Day Weekend
Kevin Edwards (Prakash) stayed over for a couple of nights and we stayed together for about 60 hours, eating, sitting, talking and recording these talks. It took many months, maybe 10, to present them as NNH. We just experimented with a "personal intensive", and these are the results.

Prakash, These are the first 2 NNH shows in April of 2007
The 1st show, we embeded 2 Sherman clips
Kevin Edwards, NNH Pioneer
It always amazes me, that even these very first shows have a valuable "thread" that they follow.
In the 2nd show Neelam tells her awakening story
Kevin tells about his life
It's rare that Kevin has talked about "his story".
