A video journal about my particular journey through life.
Let it be insightful for you, if it feels right.
Ken Jablonski, Friendship 25
Ken called and wanted to share. I find it amazing that what he says corresponds directly with where I want to go with NNH.
He is looking at the stress that always seems inherent in grave and unexpected loss. His message is that you can know that the stress is really not necessary in that progression of life called deep loss. He has known that through a series of "signs" that he received.
I asked if we even need to wait for a sign, and that we can just see that stress is a habit that adds nothing to life.

Seeing Trends in the Now, Stephan Schwartz
We all See Patterns in our lives
And we see those patterns through a filter of reaction. Perhaps our reaction is the greater part of the pattern that we see?
How can we ground ourselves to get some kind of independent point of view? We spoke of the importance of a meditation practice.
I am happy with how this interview moved. But just as we were getting to the good part (for me) we had to close. Stephan said that perhaps anxiety was symptomatic of underlying problems, and not necessarily causative. I tend to think that anxiety is the big filter that makes everything look threatening.

Playfulness with Canela Michelle
I immediately wanted to be with Canela
As a curious, interested person Canela is up for any question or any point of view. I know our paths will cross many times.
This time I had to show you what she is like, even though we had major sound and video issues, (please forgive me). I had to discard more than an hour of a brilliant discussion, which I could see from the start wasn't going to be top quality.
Somehow I will get more interviews, and maybe film satsangs and retreats. Here is some of what we said

Walter Belling, the natural expression
How two people zero in on a conversation
I have been talking to many new faces in these months, and I can't help but notice myself in the dance to understand and be understood. It is like an ultimate introspection. How it works, how it doesn't work, what the both of us are driving at?
Truly understanding my own "illumination", all of which I do not have pre-cognized in my virtual diary somewhere. No outline, no script, no written speech, but yet it all flows? |

Life inspired, Jerry Wennstrom
If my life is my inspiration
If life is my inspiration then I don't need to search for out side inspiration OF my life.
How does Jerry do it? He may be an inspiration for many, but that is not his message. To make your own life the vibrant force that makes itself go. That may be what he is modeling. It can't be that difficult. Give us a hint. I don't know, therein lies my prayer

The Story Story, and Greg Goode
I call it noticing an "energy context"?
I actually had a burning question, but I fumbled in getting it out there. Finally it comes.
I want to give up introducing new concepts and just notice the effect of living immersed in certain emotional contexts.
Greg called it the story story. After some time together, we clicked

Rick Linchitz, New York 2010
Rick's direct style of pointing deeply touches many people. In fact, that is how I met him in that someone made a donation if I could get an interview with him. That first one was via Skype. Now I have had the pleasure to meet him in person.

Fate and Destiny Reading
When I stayed in Seattle Valerie and Robert suggested that I should see Michael Meade. I soon realized that he was in the movie, Mythic Journeys, of Steve and Whitney Boe, whom I interviewed. I contacted him and asked for a meeting, to find out that he would appear at Elliot Bay Bookstore that Thursday night. I brought my camera. Some day I hope to talk directly with him.

Interest and Curiosity with Matt Kahn
I am totally amazed how 2 guys could talk so many hours without one second of "flagging attention". It is either the most important subject that captures both interests, or as Matt says, "an overwhelming sincerity, that infects everyone within that 'force field'". Matt is a well without bottom. |

Rick Ingrasci and social transformation
Meet Rick who can organize for social discovery
I want to play a part in a virtual community, which I am doing, but sometimes it is wise to go out and meet and be in the physical presence of community. We are planning to do that more and more in Chicago and I hope that we can also participate with Rick. Differnt paths, same discoveries
