Prelude…….
I used to start my posts with lots of wishes, greetings and what not. And then I used to pour my heart out. But to my amazement people mostly commented on what they thought of me, rather than the content of the post. Some thought I lent balance to the forum , some thought I was trying to be profound, Some called me a liar……
Though how hard I tried to trick them back to the content of the post ……never really happened . So you know I took on this name …angryidiot.. Its also because of another very good reason too…hope you will find it in some of my posts….like a small gift from a friend …asking the other to see if he/she can find it….thats it that’s it ….thats what my posts are about dear friend….Can you find that little gift/greeting I hid for you…….? ….its not that I am a giver, its not that it’s a great/right/costly blab la ……gift….its a ….well …. Here we go….
The Only way to Enlightenment…..point blank…..
You know in the place where I come from ….people pull rikshaws.Tri cycles . 3-4 people sit in one rikshaw and the rikshaw puller pulls it. Some of the pullers , if you look at their calves , have varicose veins the size of cricket balls all over them. Well I seen worst. In student messes (lunch halls) some times day labourers come in to have their lunch. Arms and legs soiled with cement and debris….searching inside their pockets if they have enough for that days lunch……ohhhhh yes my country is a super power …… the great democracy…..
Now you could have thousands and thousands of pullers, day labourers, generations after generations dying …..in the context of spirituality and this bull %^&* enlightenment…………..dying UN ENLIGHTENED.
What…..What …. are you a mother Theresa….poor are enlightened…? Then why are you seeking enlightenment? Just live your normal life. Ask all seeking for enlightenment to go to hell. If poor are enlightened so are you …Or may be you should turn poor too…….
Now generations after generations die un-enlightened…
So my first question is….why do you look/search for this enlightenment or realization or truth etc etc etc when there are millions dying all over the world in hunger, in poverty …. Do you think that it is morally correct or correct in any other manner? Do you think it is humane…?
I mean to say in terms of wealth one can argue …..because the other person doesn’t earn/produce it doesn’t mean I cant earn more or spend more…In terms of material wealth…MAY BE YES. BUT we are talking about something spiritual, humane, enlightenment…… self realisation!
I have babies, grown ups dying of hunger, of helpless ness and here I am sitting cross legged OMMMMM MANI PADMINE……where is my enlightenment……..

You know in many of poverty alleviation programmees in my country , what the really poor ask for? Not money straight away, not this and that…..they ask us one thing …give us a credit facility. We don’t want any thing for free. Does it tell you something? Don’t you have even a bit , I mean just a bit of that courage,,,,,??
So if you are really concerned about seeking enlightenment for your self or for the mankind….if you are seeking for your self..be courageous!! AND /OR if you are the great saviour think honestly….of the following ….and pick which is correct…which is humane …and which sets you free:,
To question what or how enlightenment….? OR
Why the F*&() should there be a need for enlightenment?
Only the second question……yes the second question is the only and the only way to any real “enlightenment”.

All answers to the question….as to why there should be an enlightenment
That there is a God, that there is a hell, that there is a solution to all problems and heaven, that there is Self to be realized, there is no self to be understood, that there is an end to all /any suffering…. all answers …all or any answers…..fear them not and rebel …….
See that at the root of all reasons is not desire or suffering , that Buddha so rosily put…or ignorance that the Vedas so nobly vomited. See at the root for all need for enlightenment OR ANY NEED IN LIFE , is one thing and one thing alone. FEAR! The fear of the past, the fear of the present and the fear of the future!
Tackle this fear. If you question how? It is the same as questioning how enlightenment. Do not ponder what this fear is. It is same as questioning what is enlightenment , or what AM I ?
Do not look for a reason to tackle this fear either. Its like saying I do not fear because of this…which means you are not truly fearless.
Do not look for any reason and tackle this fear head on ….bear chested, victory can go to hell, preparedness can go to hell , and defeat is already in hell. Tackle every and any fear in life …head on and burn it down to the ground.
Only that only that only that is the way to any real enlightenment.

No i just take a belief , hold it in my hand not too loosly not too tightly.....so I dont experience anger..... when someone doesnt respond in a manner I prefer.....bla bla bla

in a given situation where "prefernces" are involved like hey mister please dont rape my wife, or how about please dont hit my two year old on his head, on your way out of this robbery etc etc etc .....
I dont care what I am having...anger, ( or how about loosely and not too tightly holding a belief in my hand like "my wife doesnt want to get raped"?) , or any other bull shit, I dont care if i can stop him or not , I will not care if I die or not, I will not sit assessing what I can do or not!
i will simply ...dont know..could jump at him, may be insert my hand into his mouth and pull out his tounge , or
bite at his eyes ..why do I care or second hand think........?
similarily why should any one fear any thing at any point of time......? is all I ask!
at that point of fearlessness , experienced by everyone at one stage or the other in their lifes....all enlightenments in the world , all in adequancies in the world , all GOds & all devils come and lick that ones feet.

In fact everything else than the last line answered your question directly....that questioning "do you/I experience anger...when this and that happpens "....is a useless question borne out of fear.
Only the last line did it in an indirect way.
That you choose only the last line would mean that it was the only line you could understand.....directly.
Do not worry....some people get it slow ,,,some who are honest and courageous rather...instantly..

the thought that the world/person/i/you etc could be "fortunate" due to that and this and hence avoided something from happenning etc ...is an useless thought borne out of fear.....fear which is empty

We rarely ever get to choose our path. We are born into this body, this family, this neighborhood, this city, this country, this time, these circumstances. We start where we are. And the paths of anger and fear are as valid as any other paths.
Sinking into anger and fear I have seen that at it's core, is a deep, deep resentment that the world isn't the way I want it to be. Plain and simple. The world isn't the way I want it to be. And no matter how my mind tries to dress it up in righteous indignation, it keeps breaking down to . . .the . . .world . . . my life . . .isn't . . . the . . . way . . . I . . . want . . . it . . to . . .be. The world, my life, consciousness, will never be how "I" want it to be. It will always be as it is.

once a thief went hiding into a tepmle of shiva..the God of supposed destruction. A thief a Thief , after every one left , started pocketing everything inside the holy chamber. There was one gold utinsel hanging over the statue of siva. So he climbed th statue and tried plucking it.instantly the statue broke and out of it was the very lord of fury himself. You're still using that moniker. Does that mean that you still experience anger when someone doesn't respond, to something that you said, in a manner that you prefer?
I'm addressing something that you directly said, without forming any opinion of you in the process. In case you're curious.
