I have become convinced that this same open spirit of our original self is always available. There is nothing to do to get there. And it is not that it is only available to laugh or to cry as a spontaneous child.
It is a totally available openness in the midst of our work and our relationships and even in the midst of perceived world crisis. In fact, I have become convinced that this openness is the only way to impact the so-called crisis. And that our normal "serious" ways of dealing with our world are actually creating all the stress and separation.
