Is anyone getting blocked by the spam filter?

 We have some user reports of being blocked after making multiple posts.

One thing our spam service does is to try to analyze the text, and send the Captcha word only when in doubt.  It could make a mistake and block someone for spam.  Now I have set it to always require the "secret word", but not to try to analyze text, which is subject to their error.  We have capacity for 100 posts checked per day at this point.  I think that the most posts that we ever had on the site was about 70.
