Call-in Tips

Live shows are watched on a Livestream or Ustream video player, either on the Livestream website, or on an embedded player like on this Web Cast Page This stream is actually delayed about 5 or more seconds from real time. Therefore you cannot continue to watch the show and call in at the same time. It would create a confusing echo, which would also appear on the broadcast.

When you call in, you hear and/or see the show only through the telephone/skype whichever is your method of calling. On Skype you will see the guest, and if you have a webcam, the guest will see you. So as you make connection on your call-in, you must turn off this video player with the gray on/off button on the lower left corner. You could also turn the volume all the way down by repeatedly clicking the minus sign, (okay for a phone call), but the risk is that your bandwidth is not enough for the player video image and Skype to run at the same time with clear audio.  Our Skype address is nnhcallin
