This video is a 30 minute interview, taken during the SAND Science & NonDuality Conference in San Rafael, California in Oct 2010. It covers 8 fundamental subjects on being consciousness, embodiment, resting, habitual functioning, identification, the sense of 'I', natural presence and oneness. Enjoy the exploration.

“Until it is seen,” the reality underlying all illusion; that I am formless awareness temporarily manifesting as human being.

“Until it is seen,” an inferential emphasis on the visual field and the primacy of sight and its cognitive cousin – insight.

For some it really is about visualizing and visualization. The ability to “see” what is here.

“I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I see what you mean.”

Except I find I don’t see, not really. I say I do but I don’t. I mean I do look but see what I see. And much of what I say I see is really what I think I see. I look but don’t always see because I remain susceptible to mind’s distracting inner commentary.

What actually happens daily is that I “hear” the commentary in my head, I don’t see it. What I do see are the consequences of heeding that commentary. I see my actions and reactions, commissions and omissions; the resulting handiwork of that interpretive commentary.

So really, by and large, I’m constantly “listening” to an inner commentary explaining the world, my current circumstances, my state of health, my spiritual progress and my “whatever” to me.

And here I am surprised once again by how I re-discover the familiar and apparent ordinary.

In exploring the simultaneity of existence, of everything is everything and all is interconnected, I have found myself falling into spontaneous deep listening which has led to a different kind of hearing.

Unfortunately, as is often the case, what I mean to express gets obscured by too many words. By the “simultaneity of existence” all I meant to convey is my realization there is no path or way for me to find, insofar as I am my own path, in a manner of speaking. And I believe that is how it is for each of “us.” Everything and everyone is a portal to presence. And in this way I discover, recover, remember, or recognize that I am, we are, life itself. There really are no mistakes and no gaps in life. Or so it seems to me. It simply is as it is, and during any given day I experience loss, suffering, grief, confusion, joy, happiness, contentment, anger, disappointment and loving-kindness in varying portions and varying durations. This is it. And accepting or rejecting, embracing or avoiding is it as well. How could it really be otherwise?

Gaile Lynn from Hawaii was the guest in the weekly live show on the channel "The Golden Age" on livestream.com. She spoke on the new feminine consciousness and demonstrated the 528 Hertz frequency. Host was Shelley Sage Heart. Length: 28 min.

I’m still surprised how many times I confuse my pinhole perspective for a view of the entire sky.

I note the problem as soon as I recognize I’ve fallen into third person narrative, i.e. “It’s surprising how many times people confuse their pinhole perspective as a view of the entire sky.”

“As long as individuals are embodied beings they are going to view consciousness from an individual point of view, from their own pinhole perspective . . .” Oooops, did it again!

As long as I am an expression of embodied awareness, all I can know is how the world appears to me and all I can express is how it appears to me. Not how it actually is.

“So I am surprised how often people try to persuade each other that their pinhole perspective is either the only perspective or is the correct perspective or . . . .” Drat! There I go again!

I guess I’m learning to live with the fact all I’m ever going to know of Absolute Reality is my pinhole perspective of IT even as I know I am a manifestation of Absolute Reality. And it’s a given that you don’t have to take my word or anybody else’s word for it.

And in the course of this embodied journey I really am interested in hearing how things look, feel, smell, and sound like from your embodied pinhole perspective.

Not Guru Worship; Simply an Unbroken Flow of Truth Revealing ItSelf

(I was recently asked a question in an email and what follows is the essence of my response which, upon reflection, I decided to post here also.)

I often used to record conversations on the computer regarding anything about consciousness to listen to later. I once heard a 'transformational coach' being asked the question: "do you give everyone equal attention?". The answer that came from the coach was: "more attention is given to those who are 'close' so I can pull them through and make room for those coming up behind". There were some moments here of shock at witnessing the apparent ignorance in this statement.
